Convention events are first come, first serve. Submitting this form does not guarantee your choices. A GSBF representative will contact you if there are any changes that must be made. Please print the PDF forms below and mail them to the Registrar listed on the Convention Registration form. There is not a web based registration this year. All registrations must be sent via postal service.
